2.1 Login Method

This Platform uses WeChat scan-to-login. You authorize the WeChat Open Platform to provide us with your unique user identifier (OpenID/UnionID) as your sole identity credential on this Platform.

2.2 Anonymity Principle

Unless you voluntarily set it, we will not obtain your WeChat nickname, avatar, or other public information. Your account exists as an anonymous ID within our system.

2.3 Account Security

You should properly safeguard your WeChat account. Any losses caused by theft, loss, or leakage of your WeChat account shall be borne by you.

2.4 Prohibited Activities

When using this Platform, you must not engage in the following activities:

• Uploading images containing illegal, pornographic, violent, terrorist, defamatory content, or infringing on others' intellectual property rights;
• Using this Platform to generate memes for fraud, harassment, or spreading false information;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, cracking, or attempting to obtain the source code of this Platform;
• Using technical means to attack servers or interfere with normal service operation.

3.1 Service Scope

This Platform primarily provides services such as image upload, template synthesis, meme generation, and cloud storage.

3.2 Technical Limitations

• The quality of generated memes depends on the quality of materials you upload and algorithm processing capabilities. We do not guarantee that the results will fully meet your expectations.
• For service interruptions, data delays, or losses caused by force majeure such as network fluctuations, server maintenance, or hacker attacks, we will not bear compensation liability within the scope permitted by law, but will strive to minimize losses.

3.3 Third-party Services

This Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as WeChat Pay). Such content is provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for third-party content, privacy policies, or services.

4.1 Platform Rights

All content of this Platform (including but not limited to code, interface design, Logo, template materials, and documentation) belongs to us and is protected by copyright laws and relevant legal regulations. Without authorization, you may not copy, disseminate, or use it for commercial purposes.

4.2 User Content

• The copyright of original images you upload belongs to you or the original rights holders.
• You authorize us to use your uploaded images only within the necessary scope for providing services (such as generation, storage, and display).
• Important Commitment: We will not use your uploaded facial photos for AI model training, sell to third parties, or use for other commercial purposes, unless we obtain your separate written authorization.

4.3 Liability for Infringement

If the content you upload infringes on others' rights, you shall bear full legal responsibility. If this causes us losses (including compensation, attorney fee, etc.), you shall fully compensate us.

5.1 Paid Items

Some advanced templates, watermark removal features, or membership services of this Platform may require payment. Specific prices are displayed on the page.

5.2 Payment Instructions

Payments are completed through WeChat Pay. We do not provide direct bank card payment.

5.3 Refund Policy

• Virtual goods (such as membership benefits, single generation credits) once redeemed or used, generally do not support refunds, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations.
• If services cannot be used due to platform technical failures, you can contact customer service to apply for a refund or compensation.

7.1 Modification of Terms

We have the right to modify these Terms according to business development or legal regulation changes. Modified Terms will be published on this Platform. If you continue to use the services, you are deemed to accept the modifications.

7.2 Service Termination

• You have the right to stop using this Platform at any time and apply for account cancellation.
• If we discover that you seriously violate these Terms (such as uploading illegal content), we have the right to suspend or terminate services to you without notice and delete relevant violating content.

8.1 Legal Application

The conclusion, execution, interpretation, and dispute resolution of these Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan).

8.2 Dispute Resolution

If disputes arise between both parties, they should be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court with jurisdiction at the location of this Platform's operating entity.
