Non-required Information: For maximum privacy protection, we do not obtain or store your WeChat avatar, nickname, gender, region, or other public information by default. Your account exists as an anonymous ID in the system, unless you voluntarily set a nickname or upload a custom avatar in the application.
Usage Purpose: Used to create anonymous accounts, login verification, and ensure the uniqueness and security of account data (works, credits).
2.2 Core Business Function: Meme Generation (Sensitive Personal Information)
Information Collected: Photos and image materials you voluntarily upload (if containing faces, this involves personal biometric information).
Usage Purpose:
Used only for image synthesis on templates you select to generate memes;
Special Note: Unless you separately authorize, we will not use your facial photos for AI model training, building facial feature databases, or providing to third parties for facial recognition analysis.
Processing Method: After photo upload, real-time calculation is performed only in server memory. After generation completes, original images will be temporarily cached or cleared according to strategy.
2.3 Service Operation and Security
Information Collected: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifier, IP address, network status, and log information.
Usage Purpose: Ensure software compatibility, prevent hacker attacks and fraudulent behavior, and collect service usage statistics (data has been de-identified).
2.4 Payment and Membership Services
Information Collected: Order number, transaction amount, payment time, and payment status.
Note: Specific payment operations are completed by WeChat Pay. We do not collect your bank card number, password, or other sensitive payment information.

Uploaded Materials and Generated Works:
Retention Period: To balance user experience and data security, your uploaded original photos (for your viewing convenience) and generated meme works will be retained in the cloud for 30 days.
Automatic Cleanup: After 30 days from upload or generation, the system will automatically permanently delete relevant image data, which cannot be recovered. Please download and save to your local device within the deadline.
Log Information: According to legal requirements, network logs must be retained for at least 6 months.
Storage Encryption: Sensitive personal information is encrypted during storage with strict access permission control.
Emergency Response: Data security emergency response mechanism established. If a leakage incident occurs, we will immediately initiate the plan and report according to law.
